Refund & Return Policy

At Palette 21, we value your satisfaction. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below to understand the terms and conditions of refunds, returns, and exchanges.


Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges beyond this period.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Select health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

In specific cases, partial refunds may be granted. Examples include:

  • Books with visible signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts (unless due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

If you haven’t received your refund after approval:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing times may vary.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be additional delays.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at contact@palette21.com and send your item to:

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive your return, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if it was shipped to the gift giver, we’ll issue a refund to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
